These four haven’t left my side ALL day….. When your animals just know something isn’t right…. Last night I had what I believe to be my first panic attack ever….it was the middle of the night and scary….I’m grateful for my hubs who took care of me even though it was hard for him(middle of the night and not pretty) and for my mom who kept kiddo extra this week so I could rest.
What I’ve learned about myself is my mind can be at what I assume to be peace but my body revolts under severe stress and tells me to slow my roll.
I went first thing this am to my chiropractor….yes my chiropractor. She gave me a comprehensive exam, gave me her breakfast and also reminded me with whom my trust and peace needs to be. I rested today despite the need to finish my work projects.
Having a health practitioner with the same belief system
and truly has your best interest at heart is priceless.
Wether it’s stress, spiritual warfare or just a lack of trust on my part I’m taking care of myself. I’m always ok but I needed to take a minute to rest and recoup….. Here’s to rest, health and family. ❤️ .
