Even though this is just a little elf, it’s a perfect reminder to find peace, grace, love and encouragement in the Word. The Word and worship has saved me so many days and today is one of those for me. .

I woke up to an email that, well to be honest, punched me in the gut. I’m not going to lie, I cried after reading this email…..not the good cry either. I’m not the sensitive type but when someone attacks my personal character it stings a bit. .
.
Business is people. People buy from businesses. We are all flawed. We all do not have the same communication style. .
.
I went over and above and did some free work , along with a paid gig, for a wonderful non profit. They missed an email from me and thus assumed I did not do what I promised when in fact I did (plus some). .
.
Moral of the story….cry and get over it. Be professional in everything. Be generous but protective of your time. Stay in the Word and worship. .
.
I know I am the Kings daughter. I know I have purpose. I am not what others think of me (but I do need to be thoughtful of others perceptions to ensure no malice or ill will). I know His plans are so much greater than mine. .

Stay in the Word today and why not allow your kiddos to see it too!
