I’ve had an odd two weeks. I literally am sick about once every 3-4 years. I’ve got the immune system of a rockstar let me tell you and I owe it all to #chiropractic care; however I’ve been down for going on two weeks now. I’ve gone to the #chiropractor extra times for an immune boost. I’ve been diffusing and using #thievesoil all day long. I’ve been drinking so much water I should have drown by Now and my husband has been a great support so I can rest as much as possible. I also visited the regular doc which I never ever do and he says there’s nothing wrong with me. #gofigure. I said all of that to say this. I’m behind. I’m tired. I have little to no motivation but through it all I’ve managed to keep my kid happy and healthy and that’s something. As moms and business owners it’s easy in times like these to feel inadequate. We aren’t. We are freakin rockstars. I encourage you today that if you are feeling challenged with yucky feelings please take this as you sign that you are enough. Keep going and keep pushing.
